Reverse Osmosis Units

When the classic treatment system applies insufficent some water types (sea, well water which have big hardness).For pure water production membrane filtration process is named Reverse Osmosis and it works to treat unwanted minerals in water. At the present day, water treatment technology is the most improved sector. Osmosis is which have different ion concentrations and a semi-permeable membrane between two the two solutions of equal concentrations of ions. Osmatic Pressure process takes place as naturally. When a pressure which is bigger than osmotic pressure with a pump, this process is named reverse osmosis and semi-permeable membrane transfers just pure water and dissolved in water courses which is organic and inorganic matters. So, pure water are obtained rate of %96-99.

Reverse osmosis of working principle device is on the way the membranes. Reverse osmosis membranes can find for different water conditions or different requirements. Water is forced to move from the pores on the membranes under high pressure. Membrane surface’s clean and constantly keeps being blocked due is membrane’s working principle which is cross flow. When some liquid which is product water is passing through, some liquid water which is dense water goes parellel to the membrane surface. So, this process prevents adhesion of impurities to membrane. This transaction gives quality water other than the filtration systems.
